In the present era, the form of education is incomplete without technology and the internet. Social networking sites such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Snapchat have become an integral part of students' lives. While these platforms have provided new opportunities for education, their excessive use has led to a significant decline in students' mental health, study habits, and academic performance. This research paper analyzes the new challenges arising from the use of social networking sites among students. While these platforms are becoming new sources of learning, they are also challenging study concentration, discipline, and mental stability.
