A STUDY OF THE IMPACT OF TEACHING EFFICIENCY OF TEACHERS WORKING IN GOVERNMENT AND PRIVATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS ON STUDENTS' MOTIVATION IN THE CONTEXT OF RAIPUR DISTRICT

To study the teaching efficiency of teachers working in government and private educational institutions, students of class 9th were selected as population in Raipur district and 200 teachers from 10 government and 10 private educational institutions were selected randomly as sample. Flanders' observation of class interaction analysis system was used to measure teaching efficiency. Survey method was used for research analysis and t-value was used for verification of hypotheses. The study found that there is no significant difference in the teaching efficiency of teachers working in government and private educational institutions. 200 students studying in government educational institutions and 200 students studying in private educational institutions of Raipur district have been selected, which includes both urban and rural students, including both boys and girls.

शासकीय एवं निजी शिक्षण संस्थानों में कार्यरत शिक्षकों की शिक्षण-दक्षता का अध्ययन हेतु रायपुर जिले में जनसंख्या के रूप में कक्षा 9 वीं के विद्यार्थियों का तथा न्यादर्श के रूप में 10 शासकीय एवं 10 निजी शिक्षण संस्थानों के 200 शिक्षकों का यादृच्छिक रूप से चयन किया गया है। शिक्षण-दक्षता का मापनी के लिए फ्लैण्डर्स की कक्षा अंतःक्रिया विश्लेषण प्रणाली का अवलोकन का प्रयोग किया गया है। शोध विवेचना हेतु सर्वेक्षण विधि का प्रयोग तथा परिकल्पनाओं के सत्यापन के लिए टी-मूल्य का प्रयोग किया गया। अध्ययन में पाया कि शासकीय एवं निजी शिक्षण संस्थान में कार्यरत शिक्षकों की शिक्षण-दक्षता में सार्थक अंतर नहीं है। रायपुर जिले के शासकीय शिक्षण संस्थान में अध्ययनरत् 200 एवं निजी शिक्षण संस्थानों में अध्ययनरत 200 विद्यार्थियों को चुना गया है जिसमें शहरी एवं ग्रामीण दोनों विद्यार्थी शामिल है जिसमें छात्र व छात्रा दोनों ही शामिल है।
