INTERPRETATION OF WOMEN'S LOVE IN AUTOBIOGRAPHY: EXPRESSION OF EMOTIONAL FREEDOM IN 'RASIDI TICKET' AND 'ANYA SE ANANYA'

In this research, it will be analyzed through the autobiographies of Amrita Pritam and Prabha Khaitan how Indian women writers define their love as an 'independent entity' by going beyond social conventions. In this, the personal, emotional, and existentialist aspect of love will be prominent. This research paper attempts to understand the emotional depths, struggles and expression of freedom of women's love through the autobiographies of two powerful writers—Amrita Pritam and Prabha Khaitan—'Rasidi Ticket' and 'Anya Se Ananya'. The basic objective of the research is to show how love becomes not just an emotional experience for a woman, but also a powerful medium of self-acceptance, social resistance and ideological consciousness. While Amrita Pritam's love is spiritual and lives in memories, Prabha Khaitan's love is realistic, full of struggle and is connected to the identity of existence. Through their respective experiences, both the writers connect love with a woman's independent identity and self-realization, in which the expectation of social acceptance becomes secondary.

इस शोध में अमृता प्रीतम और प्रभा खेतान की आत्मकथाओं के माध्यम से यह विश्लेषण किया जाएगा कि कैसे भारतीय स्त्री लेखिकाएँ अपने प्रेम को सामाजिक परिपाटियों से परे जाकर ‘स्वतंत्र इकाई’ के रूप में परिभाषित करती हैं। इसमें प्रेम का निजी, भावनात्मक, और अस्तित्ववादी पक्ष प्रमुख रहेगा। यह शोध-प्रबंध दो सशक्त लेखिकाओं—अमृता प्रीतम और प्रभा खेतान—की आत्मकथाओं ‘रसीदी टिकट’ और ‘अन्या से अनन्या’ के माध्यम से स्त्री-प्रेम की भावनात्मक गहराइयों, संघर्षों और स्वतंत्रता की अभिव्यक्ति को समझने का प्रयास करता है। शोध का मूल उद्देश्य यह दर्शाना है कि किस प्रकार प्रेम स्त्री के लिए केवल भावनात्मक अनुभव नहीं, बल्कि आत्म-स्वीकृति, सामाजिक प्रतिरोध और वैचारिक चेतना का एक सशक्त माध्यम बनता है।
जहाँ अमृता प्रीतम का प्रेम आत्मिक और स्मृतियों में जीवित रहने वाला है, वहीं प्रभा खेतान का प्रेम यथार्थवादी, संघर्षपूर्ण और अस्तित्व की पहचान से जुड़ा हुआ है। दोनों लेखिकाएँ अपने-अपने अनुभवों के माध्यम से प्रेम को स्त्री की स्वतंत्र अस्मिता और आत्मबोध से जोड़ती हैं, जिसमें सामाजिक स्वीकृति की अपेक्षा गौण हो जाती है।
