Abstract [English]

This research paper is written on the low academic performance in the school of students studying in the middle stage. Efforts are being made to improve the academic performance of the children through various programs at the school level, yet the low academic performance of the students remains a challenge for parents and teachers. At present this issue needs to be understood with great sensitivity. Through this research paper the authors have studied the low performing students and their teachers at the school level and by analyzing the references of all the partners discuss the causes and effective solutions related to this issue. This research paper can help the policy makers, teachers and researchers working in this field to better understand the concerns of low academic performance and find the necessary solutions. The main results of the research found that the poor financial status of the students' families, active participation of children in household chores, lack of awareness of punishment and punishment by parents, family tension, and drug habits etc. are the causes of low academic performance. Other reasons for low academic performance include lack of concentration in the classroom, lack of interest in learning and lack of coordination with teachers.

यह शोधपत्र मिडिल स्टेज में पढ़ रहे छात्रों के विद्यालय में निम्न अकादमिक प्रदर्शन पर लिखा गया है । विद्यालयी स्तर पर कई तरह के कार्यक्रमों के माध्यम से बच्चों के अकादमिक प्रदर्शन को बेहतर करने के प्रयास चलते आ रहे हैं फिर भी छात्रों का निम्न अकादमिक प्रदर्शन अविभावकों और शिक्षकों के सामने एक चुनौती के रूप में विद्यमान है । वर्तमान में इस मुददे को बड़ी संवेदनशीलता के साथ समझने की आवश्यकता है । इस शोध पत्र के माध्यम से लेखकों ने विद्यालयी स्तर पर निम्न प्रदर्शन करने वाले छात्रों एवं उनके शिक्षकों पर अध्ययन किया है और सभी भागीदारों के सन्दर्भों का विश्लेषण करके इस मुददे से जुड़े कारणों और निपटान के कारगार उपायों पर चर्चा की है। ये शोध पत्र नीति निर्धारकों, शिक्षकों और इस क्षेत्र में कार्यकर रहे शोधार्थियों के लिए निम्न अकादमिक प्रदर्शन के सरोकारों के बेहतर तरीके से समझने और आवश्यक समाधान निकलने में मदद कर सकता है ।शोध के मुख्य परिणामों में निम्न अकादमिक प्रदर्शन के कारणों में छात्रों के परिवारों की खराब आर्थिक स्थिति, घर के कामों में बच्चों की सक्रिय भागीदारी, अभिभावकों की शिक्षा और शिक्षा के प्रति जागरूकता की कमी, पारिवारिक तनाव, और नशे की आदतें इत्यादि पाया गया है। निम्न अकादमिक प्रदर्शन के अन्य कारणों में कक्षा में ध्यान की कमी, पढ़ाई में रुचि का अभाव और शिक्षकों के साथ समन्वय की कमी भी सम्मिलित हैं ।
