ANALYTICAL STUDY OF EDUCATIONAL ADJUSTMENT OF NORMAL AND DISABLED STUDENTS

It has been found in various studies that adjustment of normal and disabled students has a new effect on the group of students. If the adjustment is good in both the students, then the interest in education increases in both types of normal and disabled students and they are able to get good education by making adjustment among themselves. Similarly, in the field of education, there is a good adjustment among the group of normal and disabled students, due to which they get various opportunities to progress in their education. Normal and disabled students are also able to increase their aspirations by adjusting among themselves. And by joining each other's group, they develop their complete development. Educational adjustment not only helps in the field of education, it also helps normal and disabled students in the field of overall development of the student such as physical development, mental development and emotional development. Similarly, normal and disabled students remain motivated to learn new things.

विभिन्न अध्ययनों में यह पाया गया है कि सामान्य एवं विकलांग विद्यार्थियों के समायोजन से विद्यार्थियों के समूह पर नवीन प्रभाव पड़ता है। यदि समायोजन दोनों विद्यार्थियों में अच्छा होगा तो दोनों प्रकार सामान्य एवं विकलांग के विद्यार्थियों में शिक्षा के प्रति रुचि बढ़ती है और आपस में समायोजन बनाकर अच्छी शिक्षा हासिल कर पाते हैं। इसी तरह शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में सामान्य एवं विकलांग विद्यार्थियों के समूह में आपस में अच्छा समायोजन बैठ पाता है जिससे उन्हें उनकी शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में उन्नति हासिल करने के विभिन्न अवसर प्राप्त होते हैं। सामान्य एवं विकलांग विद्यार्थी आपस में समायोजन कर अपनी आकांक्षाओं को भी बढ़ा पाते हैं। और एक दूसरे के समूह में मिलकर अपना संपूर्ण विकास करते हैं। शैक्षिक समायोजन केवल शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में ही नहीं वह विद्यार्थी के संपूर्ण विकास जैसे शारीरिक विकास मानसिक विकास व संवेगात्मक विकास जैसे विकास क्षेत्र में सामान्य एवं विकलांग विद्यार्थियों को सहायता प्रदान करती है इसी प्रकार सामान्य व विकलांग विद्यार्थी नवीन विशेषताओं को सीखने के लिए प्रेरित रहते हैं।
