Women are an important part of society. Society cannot be imagined without the existence of women. Various dimensions of the status of women are visible from ancient times to the present. Half the power of the nation lies in the form of women. Various scholars are of the opinion that the progress and prosperity of any nation can be estimated from the status of women there. In fact, women act as good managers since childhood because they manage the unit or institution of the house not only on the basis of their economic condition, social environment, family situation etc., but also present a very good example for management by keeping in mind mutual harmony and stressful situation. The main objective of the present study is to demonstrate women empowerment through self-help groups.
