ROLE OF 'NARI SHAKTI VANDAN ACT 2023' IN WOMEN EMPOWERMENT

Abstract [English]

When women take up any responsibility, they put in all their efforts to take the resolution to accomplishment. The biggest benefit of the Nari Shakti Vandan Act 2023 law will be that this law will create a lot of confidence in the women power of the country. The passion to work for the country, the power to take India forward will increase manifold. The project started by tribal women has today become a competitor to multinational companies, which introduces the women power of India. The country is going to benefit from this skill of women, their leadership in the coming days. The importance of women power has also been seen in Parliament. All the political parties of India have had to support this ordinance. Today, from family to panchayat, from economy to education and enterprise, women power is doing unprecedented work in every field. Women have played a very big role in taking India to the moon. Today, be it startups, self-help groups, or social campaigns like cleanliness, the participation and role of women is becoming the strength of the country. The Nari Shakti Vandan Act 2023 passed as the 128th amendment to the Indian Constitution seeks to empower the political participation of women by increasing the seats reserved for them in the Indian Parliament. This amendment aims to promote women's representation and make them more inclusive in decision-making processes.

महिलाएँ जब कोई जिम्मेदारी संभालती है तो संकल्प को सिद्धि तक ले जाने के लिए वह जी-जान से जुट जाती हैं। नारी शक्ति वंदन अधिनियम 2023 कानून का सबसे बड़ा लाभ यह होगा कि ये कानून देश की नारी शक्ति में बहुत बड़ा विश्वास पैदा करेगा। देश के लिए काम करने का जज्बा, भारत को आगे बढ़ाने की शक्ति कई गुना बढ़ जाएगी। आदिवासी महिलाओं द्वारा शुरू किया गया प्रकल्प आज मल्टीनेशनल कंपनियों को टक्कर देने वाला बन गया है, जो भारत की नारी शक्ति का परिचय देता है। महिलाओं के इसी कौशल का, उनके नेतृत्व का लाभ आने वाले दिनों में देश को होने वाला है। संसद में भी नारी शक्ति का महत्व दिखा है। भारत के सभी राजनीतिक दलों को इस अध्यादेश का समर्थन करना पड़ा है। आज परिवार से लेकर पंचायत तक, अर्थव्यवस्था से लेकर शिक्षा और उद्यम तक, नारी शक्ति हर क्षेत्र में अभूतपूर्व काम कर रही हैं। भारत को चांद तक पहुंचाने में महिलाओं की वहुत बड़ी भूमिका रही है। आज स्टार्टअप हो, स्वयं सहायता समूह हो, या स्वच्छता जैसे सामाजिक अभियान हों, महिलाओं की भागीदारी और भूमिका देश की ताकत बन रही है। नारी शक्ति वंदन अधिनियम 2023 भारतीय संविधान में 128वें संशोधन के रूप में पारित हुआ, जो भारतीय संसद में महिलाओं के लिए आरक्षित सीटों को बढ़ाकर उनकी राजनीतिक भागीदारी को सशक्त बनाने का प्रयास करता है। यह संशोधन महिला प्रतिनिधित्व को बढ़ावा देने और उन्हें निर्णय-निर्माण प्रक्रियाओं में अधिक समावेशी बनाने का लक्ष्य रखता है।
