Abstract [English]

Education is very important for humans. Education is necessary for the development and progress of humans. Through education, a person's attitude changes and personality develops. But human emotions interfere with his work, behavior and education and do not allow us to take the right decision. Whereas emotional intelligence is that understanding which helps us to work well by thinking in every field of life. The proposed research problem is to study the impact of emotional intelligence of teachers working in higher secondary schools on their occupational stress. The need and importance of research in this is profound. How do teachers working in higher secondary schools adjust their occupational stress using their emotional intelligence and how do they control their emotions in the most difficult situations and find a solution to the problem through their emotional intelligence.

शिक्षा मनुष्य के लिए अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है। मनुष्य के विकास एवं उन्नयन के लिए शिक्षा आवश्यक है। शिक्षा के माध्यम से व्यक्ति के अभिवृत्ति में परिवर्तन एवं व्यक्तित्व का विकास होता है। किन्तु मनुष्य की भावनाएं उसके काम, व्यवहार और व्यवहार शिक्षा में हस्तक्षेप करती हैं तथा हमें सही निर्णय नहीं लेने देती। जबकी संवेगात्मक बुद्वि वह समझ है जो हमें जीवन के हर क्षेत्र में सोच समझ कर भली भंाति कार्य करने में मदद करती है। प्रस्तावित शोध समस्या जो की उच्चतर माध्यमिक विद्यालयों में कार्यरत शिक्षकों की संवेगात्मक बुद्वि का उनके व्यवसायिक तनाव पर पड़ने वाले प्रभाव का अध्ययन, इसमें शोध की आवश्यकता एवं महत्व गहन रूप से है। उच्चतर माध्यमिक विद्यालयों में कार्यरत शिक्षक अपनी संवेगात्मक बुद्वि का उपयोग करके किस प्रकार अपने व्यवसायिक तनाव को समायोजित करते हैं व अपनी संवेगात्मक बुद्वि के द्वारा कठिन से कठिन परिस्थितियों में अपने संवेग को नियंत्रित करते हैं और समस्या का हल ढूॅढ़ लेते हैं।
