IMPACT OF FOOD HABITS ON HEALTH: ANALYTICAL STUDY WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO TRIBAL WOMEN

This study analyses the food habits of tribal women and the impact of their diet on their health. The study followed various research methods such as survey, interview, diet analysis, and health data collection. The survey elicited information on food patterns, likes-dislikes and dietary changes of tribal women, while the interview analysed their nutritional status and diet-related problems in depth. Diet analysis assessed the nutritional quality of the daily diet of women, which revealed nutritional deficiencies in their diet and the need for improvement. Health data collection collected information on health problems of tribal women such as malnutrition, iron deficiency and underweight. The study found that tribal women lack diversity in their diets, which negatively impacts their nutritional status and health.

यह अध्ययन आदिवासी महिलाओं की भोजन संबंधी आदतों और उनके स्वास्थ्य पर उनके आहार के प्रभाव का विश्लेषण करता है। अध्ययन में सर्वेक्षण, साक्षात्कार, आहार विश्लेषण, और स्वास्थ्य डेटा संग्रहण जैसी विभिन्न शोध विधियों का पालन किया गया है। सर्वेक्षण के माध्यम से आदिवासी महिलाओं के भोजन के पैटर्न, पसंद-नापसंद और आहार में बदलाव की जानकारी प्राप्त की गई, जबकि साक्षात्कार में उनकी पोषण स्थिति और आहार से संबंधित समस्याओं का गहराई से विश्लेषण किया गया। आहार विश्लेषण में महिलाओं के दैनिक आहार की पोषण गुणवत्ता का मूल्यांकन किया गया, जिससे उनकी आहार में पोषक तत्वों की कमी और सुधार की आवश्यकता का पता चला। स्वास्थ्य डेटा संग्रहण के द्वारा आदिवासी महिलाओं के स्वास्थ्य समस्याओं जैसे कुपोषण, आयरन की कमी और वजन की कमी के बारे में जानकारी एकत्र की गई। अध्ययन ने यह पाया कि आदिवासी महिलाओं के आहार में विविधता की कमी है, जो उनके पोषण स्तर और स्वास्थ्य पर नकारात्मक प्रभाव डालती है।
