BACKGROUND OF CONTEMPORARY HINDI DRAMA

Both external and internal elements of the object (power) play an important role in shaping the contemporary sentiment. Literature and society complement each other. There has been a huge change in the perspectives of understanding society. For example, keeping the economic system of society at the center, Marxism gave a new perspective of explaining. According to Marx, the economy of society is the base and politics, religion, culture or philosophy are the superstructure. As the base changes, the social structure also changes. Another western scholar 'Ten' talked about understanding literature from a scientific point of view. He believed that caste, environment, and moment, all three play an important role in explaining a creation or an event.

समकालीन भावबोध बनने में वस्तु(सत्त्ता) की बाह्य एवं आंतरिक दोनों तत्वों की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका होती है। साहित्य और समाज एक दूसरे के पूरक है। समाज को देखने समझने के जो दृष्टिकोण है, उसमें बड़ा भारी परिवर्तन हुआ। मसलन समाज की आर्थिक व्यवस्था को केंद्र में रखते हुए मार्क्सवादनेसमझाने का एक नया दृष्टिकोण दिया। मार्क्स के अनुसार समाज की अर्थव्यवस्था आधार होती है और राजनीति, धर्म, संस्कृति अथवा दर्शन ऊपरी ढांचा। जैसे-जैसे आधार में परिवर्तन होता जाता है, वैसे-वैसे सामाजिक ढांचा में भी परिवर्तन हो जाता है। वही एक और पश्चिम के विद्वान 'तेन' महोदय ने वैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोण से साहित्य को समझने की बात कही। उन्होंने माना कि रचना या घटना की व्याख्या करने के लिए जाति, वातावरण, और क्षण इन तीनों का महत्वपूर्ण योगदान होता है।
