Abstract [English]

Adolescence, also known as the spring season, is the most important stage of human life among the four main stages, which is also considered to be the basis for personality development of boys and girls. All types of mental powers, emotions and imagination develop rapidly in humans at this stage, which becomes the identity of human personality. Although, in the development of a child's personality, the thinking, education, ideals, values of their parents, their behavioural, economic, social environment, their values, their interpersonal relationship with the child, their personality traits, their emotional, social behaviour, likes-dislikes and character, their duties etc. all play an important role, but the two most important factors among these are the child's family environment and his socio-economic status, which are the foundation of his personality. Because a positive family environment and good socio-economic status make adolescents satisfied, social, value-oriented, idealistic, whereas a negative family environment develops negative qualities in adolescents. The presented research paper is a review paper in which an attempt has been made to understand the influence of family environment and socio-economic status on the personality of boys and girls by using a well-planned and systematic review method.

वसंतकाल के नाम से विख्यात किशोरावस्था चार मुख्य अवस्थाओं में सबसे महत्वपूर्ण मानव जीवन की अवस्था है जिसे किशोर एवं किशोरियों के व्यक्तित्व निर्माण का आधार भी माना, जाता है। मनुष्य में सभी प्रकार की मानसिक शक्तियो भावों तथा कल्पना का विकास इसी अवस्था तेजी से होता है जो मानव के व्यक्तित्व की पहचान बनता है। वैसे तो बालक के व्यक्तित्व के निर्माण में उनके माता-पिता की सोंच, शिक्षा, आदर्श, मूल्य, उनका व्यवहारिक, आर्थिक, सामाजिक वातावरण, उनके मूल्य, उनका बच्चे के साथ उनके पारस्परिक संबंध उनके व्यक्तित्व संबंधी गुण, उनका संवेगात्मक, सामाजिक व्यवहार, रूचि-अरूचि तथा चरित्र उनके कर्तव्य आदि सभी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते है परंतु इनमें से सबसे महत्वपूर्ण दो कारक है बालक का पारिवारिक वातावरण तथा उसका सामाजिक-आर्थिक स्तर जो उनके व्यक्तित्व की नींव हैं। क्योंकि सकारात्मक पारिवारिक वातावरण एवं अच्छा सामाजिक-आर्थिक स्तर किशोरों को संतुष्ट, सामाजिक, मूल्यात्मक, आदर्शवादी बनाता है जबकि नकारारमक पारिवारिक वातावरण किशोरों में नकारारमक गुणों को विकसित करता है। प्रस्तुत शोध पत्र एक समीक्षात्मक शोध पत्र है जिसमे सुनियोजित व व्यवस्थित समीक्षा विधि का प्रयोग कर किशोर एवं किशोरियों के व्यक्तित्व पर पारिवारिक वातावरण व सामाजिक आर्थिक स्तर के प्रभाव को जानने का प्रयास किया गया है।
