  1. Advertisements and commercially sponsored content in Granthaalayah Publications and Printers operate independently of editorial decision-making. Granthaalayah does not support any marketed products or services, nor those offered by sponsors. Editorial integrity is preserved and remains unaffected by commercial interests, financial considerations, or any agreements with advertisers or sponsors.

  2. Granthaalayah Publications and Printers retains the authority to reject any advertisements that could harm its brand reputation or are deemed unsuitable for the content hosted within the Granthaalayah Publications and Printers network.
  3. Granthaalayah Publications and Printers strictly prohibits advertisements for products or services recognized as detrimental to health, such as tobacco and alcohol-related items.
  4. Advertisements must adhere to principles of honesty, accuracy, and verifiability. They should transparently identify the advertiser and clearly specify the product or service being promoted. The use of exaggerated or overly elaborate language is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, advertisements containing indecent or offensive material, or content that is personal, or related to race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or religion, will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  5. An online advertisement may be removed from the journal site at any time upon request by the Editor(s)-in-Chief or the Publisher.

  6. Granthaalayah Publications and Printers strictly prohibits the targeting of individual articles or pages that contain content related to the advertised products by treatment-specific or drug-specific campaigns. Advertisers are not permitted to link advertisements to articles using keywords, nor are they allowed to position ads for specific products in the same location and at the same time as articles mentioning those products. Additionally, they cannot reference an article published concurrently with the appearance of the advertisement.
  7. To maintain transparency and clarity, advertisements must remain distinctly separate from editorial content. Granthaalayah Publications and Printers strictly prohibits the acceptance or publication of ‘advertorial’ content. Sponsored supplements must be clearly identified, and any deviations from the standard peer-review process, or the absence of peer review, must be explicitly disclosed.

  8. Editorial decisions are made independently and remain unaffected by current or potential sponsors, advertisers, or marketing considerations. Advertisers and sponsors have no authority or influence over the outcomes of keyword or topic-based searches conducted by users on the website.
  9. For advertisements requested beyond Granthaalayah Publication and Printer’s standard advertising positions, a formal request must be submitted to the editorial team. The team will provide a complete and final decision within two business days.
